Deadline Extended - Have your say on the Future of Work in Travel & Tourism

Industry & Government News

The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) is pleased to announce its forthcoming research on the Future of Work in Travel & Tourism.

As part of this initiative, the WTTC is seeking managers from businesses linked to the Travel & Tourism sector, who possess insights into their organisation's work challenges and skills requirements, to participate in a comprehensive research survey. This survey plays a crucial role in gathering data to better understand emerging challenges and trends affecting the future of work in the sector.

The survey will examine the importance and prevalence of various skills across the industry, with a view to enhancing future skill development. HR managers, operational managers, sales/customer service managers, executives, and individuals in similar roles are best suited to provide responses. However, any manager or executive with a thorough understanding of their organisation's staffing challenges is encouraged to participate.

If you are not the appropriate person to complete the survey or wish to share it with colleagues, please direct it to the relevant individuals or departments within your organisation.

Complete the survey!

Completing the survey will take approximately 25-35 minutes, depending on the responses provided. As a token of appreciation, three randomly selected respondents will receive 12 months of complimentary access to all content available on our Research Hub. The deadline for survey completion is 25th November.

For any questions related to the research, please feel free to contact dataenquiries@wttc.org. Thank you in advance for your valuable participation.
