Invitation: Showcase Your Product/Area during the SATSA Pre-Conference Adventure Day, 14 Aug 2024
As you would have seen, SATSA’s annual conference is scheduled to take place at Arabella Hotel, Golf & Spa in Kleinmond between 14 and 16 August. We are expecting over 200 delegates, representing many of the leaders and decision-makers in the Inbound Tourism sector.
Wednesday 14 August is set aside for delegates to gain or expand their knowledge of the area’s tourism offering and enjoy some pre-conference activities and adventures.
We are calling for expression of interest from any product owners in the area who would like their activity/product to be considered for inclusion in the program.
Each of the activities will be capped at the number of pax you can accommodate on the day or per time slot. Activities can take any form e.g. zip lining, quad biking, MTB, Sidecars, Wine Tours, Food and Wine Pairing, Shark Cage Diving, and Whale Watching.
We are also calling for wine farms willing to participate and offer free wine tastings for a possible self-drive wine tour from Cape Town.
