Save the Date: TGCSA Grading Criteria Consultations
The Tourism Grading Council of South Africa (TGCSA) is inviting you to participate in their triannual grading criteria review consultations. This crucial process aims to update the grading criteria that shape the quality and standards of South Africa’s tourism industry, ensuring they stay relevant in the face of new trends and consumer expectations.
TGCSA is committed to involving the industry in the review, and it’s vital that affected parties attend and have their say. It is a valuable opportunity to get involved, share insights, and help shape the future of tourism standards.
Provincial workshops will be held across the country, giving stakeholders from various regions a chance to participate. The exact venue details will be confirmed soon but, in the meantime, you are welcome to confirm your attendance with Engela Seate at eseate@bdo.co.za.
